Accuracy commitment

Every calculator is built from primary tax sources — the IRS and state revenue departments — and the exact rates, brackets, and assumptions are documented on our methodology page, with links to each source. We update the figures for each tax year and clearly mark any estimate.

How we keep it trustworthy

Rather than ask you to trust an anonymous byline, we show our work: every page states its formula and assumptions, cites the primary tax tables it uses, and flags estimates as estimates. If you find an error, tell us — accuracy reports are our top priority.
