KeepWage

Terms of Service

Updated for the 2026 tax year.

Acceptance

By accessing or using KeepWage (the “Service”) at keepwage.com and its embeddable calculators, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not financial, tax, or legal advice

KeepWage provides free, general-information calculators and estimates. The results are estimates only and are not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Tax rules change and vary by individual circumstance. Always verify figures with the relevant authority (e.g. the IRS or your state revenue department) and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

Accuracy & no warranty

We build our calculators from primary sources and work to keep them current, but we make no warranty that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepWage and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volumes, reverse-engineer it for a competing product, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or block access to protect the Service.

Embeddable calculators

You may embed our calculators on your own site using the provided iframe widget, provided the attribution link to KeepWage remains intact and the embed is not altered to misrepresent the source. We may revoke this permission for misuse.

Intellectual property

The KeepWage name, design, content, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Calculated numerical results are facts and free to use; copying the site’s content or templates wholesale is not permitted.

External links & third parties

The Service links to and integrates third-party services (e.g. analytics, advertising, geolocation, and source authorities). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; see our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” note above reflects the current version.

These Terms are provided for general information and are not legal advice. Please have them reviewed for your jurisdiction before relying on them.
